Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking a bouncy castle with our company. By making a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions:
1.Booking and Payment:
•All bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability. We deliver free of charge up to 5 miles and delivery charge of £2.50 per mile applies for areas afar.
•A deposit is required to secure your booking, and the remaining balance must be paid in full before or upon delivery of the bouncy castle.
•We accept payment by cash or bank transfer.
2.Safety and Usage:
•The hirer is responsible for the safe and proper use of the bouncy castle during the hire period.
•Please allow for at least 2ft of clearance around the inflatable for safe installation.
•Assembly time for this inflatable is 10 to 15 minutes, please allow for this when making your booking.
•Only children within the specified age range are allowed to use the bouncy castle.
•The hirer must ensure that the bouncy castle is not overcrowded and that the maximum weight limit is not exceeded.
•All shoes, glasses, mobile phones, jewellery and birthday badges must be removed before using the inflatable. Spectacles are also recommended to be removed.
•No food, drink or chewing gum to be allowed on the inflatable to avoid chocking and mess.If the inflatable is collected in a dirty condition, the hirer will be expected to pay an additional cleaning charge.
•No smoking, bonfires or BBQ's to be allowed within 2m of the inflatable.
•Climbing, hanging or sitting on the walls of the bouncy castles is NOT allowed.
•The hirer must ensure that the bouncy castle is securely anchored at all times and that it is not moved from its original position.
•In the event of heavy rain or strong winds the inflatable must be turned off.
•Overnight hires are subject to availability and conditions. Additional charge is £50.00. The inflatable whilst on hire is the full responsibility and liability of the hirer.
•If our inflatable is hired overnight, please make sure there is sufficient lighting to use the castle.
•In the event of power loss make sure ALL children are off the inflatable and contact us straight away.
3.Supervision:
•A responsible adult must supervise the bouncy castle at all times during the hire period.
•The hirer is responsible for the behavior and safety of all users of the bouncy castle.
•Always ensure the inflatable is not overcrowded and limit the numbers according to age and size of children using it. Try to avoid large and small children using it at the same time.
•Do not allow anyone to bounce on the front safety step.
4.Insurance and Liability:
•Our company holds public liability insurance, but this does not cover any personal injury or damage to property caused by misuse or negligence.
•The hirer is liable for any damage caused to the bouncy castle during the hire period, including damage caused by inappropriate use, sharp objects, or failure to follow the provided instructions.
5.Cancellation Policy:
•Free cancellation for whatever reason within 72 hours prior to the event day. Any cancellation less than 48 hours, any deposit paid will not be refunded. If you cancel less than 24 hours of your delivery time, or upon delivery we will require you to pay full amount.
•If the inflatable does not fit in your garden/space we will require you to pay 100% of your booking cost. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have sufficient space for the inflatable. Please feel free to contact us if you need any further assistance to ensure the castle of your choice will fit your garden/space.
6.Weather Conditions:
•In the event of adverse weather conditions (e.g., heavy rain, strong winds), we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your booking for safety reasons. In such cases, a full refund or alternative booking date will be offered.
7.Indemnity:
•The hirer agrees to indemnify our company against any claims, costs, or expenses arising from the use of the bouncy castle during the hire period.
8.Force Majeure:
•Our company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these terms and conditions if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, infrastructure failures or government regulations.
9.Miscellaneous:
•These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the hirer and our company and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
•Any changes or modifications to these terms and conditions must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.Please note that these terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
